Frequently asked questions
What is included in the price?
Usually the price includes return flights from Tashkent, a hotel with the selected meal plan, airport–hotel transfer and medical insurance. Each tour page has clear “Included” and “Not included” sections.
What happens after I leave a request?
Your request goes straight to our manager, who will contact you, check availability, answer your questions and help you sign the contract.
Is the price per person?
Yes, prices are usually per person in a double room. The manager will calculate prices for children and single occupancy.
What documents do I need? What about a visa?
Mostly a biometric international passport valid for at least 6 months. Many destinations are visa-free; for visa countries our manager will guide you through the documents.
What about halal food and prayer?
In Turkey, the UAE, Egypt and Malaysia halal food is easy to find. Tell the manager your wishes and they will suggest suitable hotels.
Can the price change?
Airline and hotel prices may change during the day. Once the contract is signed, the price is fixed.
What if my plans change?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the airline and hotel rules. Our manager will help you find the best solution.
